Since 1991 he organizes the "Day of the planetary" in the main Italian planetary Sunday preceding or following the spring equinox. In Pisa lectures and guided tours are provided to the Municipal Street Planetarium Lalli, exceptionally open on Sunday afternoon.

Office hours: Monday to Saturday inclusive from 8.30 to 12.30.

The planetarium reproduces the sky through simulation. The projection requires the simulation of twilight and starry sky at our latitude, the circumpolar constellations, the zodiac and seasonal references in addition to the display of light: the celestial equator, the ecliptic, the meridian, the arc of the day and its height sun in different seasons. The capacity is 25 people.
