Another old tradition is the breeding of owls, once used for hunting larks. Always the owl is a true symbol of peasant folklore: it is dedicated to an important fair which is held on September 29, a monument in the country and a breeding center that the city plans to transform into a park for outdoor the recovery of protected species.
